Japanese Green Tea is know all over the world. In Japan, green tea was served in restaurants almost like “tap water”.

Our curiosity lead us to going to one of the sources of the green tea in Japan.
There are many ways green tea is made. Although this was not my most favorite tea ever tasted, the process of making green tea was very educational.
